Aurumo invites villages and communities engaged in gold mining across Africa to a long-term cooperation — supporting local mining activity and helping bring your gold to the international spot market in Dubai.
Mining Development
A long-term partnership to develop the village’s mining operation. Where agreed with the village, this can extend to community development — new buildings, hospitals, schools and other infrastructure.
Gold Trading in Dubai
Aurumo assists in selling the village’s gold on the international spot market in Dubai, at a fixed discount of 7% below the spot price. Terms are set out in a written agreement.

What Happens When You Apply

You submit your application
Fill in the form below with your village’s details, and upload your mining licence and export licence.

We get in touch
Aurumo contacts your village or representative through our African partner, a local lawyer.

We verify your licences
Aurumo confirms your mining licence and export licence with the relevant country authorities.

A first trial export
A first small export of 1 kg of gold is sent through Aurumo’s selling channel in Dubai, so both sides can see the process work in practice.

We visit your village
Aurumo travels to the village in person to inspect the mining area and meet with your representatives.

Your application is approved and a project is created
Once the steps above are complete, Aurumo approves the application and creates a project for your village at aurumo.se — the formal start of the partnership.

We plan the mining equipment together
Aurumo and the village agree on what mining equipment is needed.

We plan the infrastructure together
Aurumo and the village agree on what infrastructure is needed — new buildings, schools, hospitals or other community projects.

The project moves forward
With all information gathered, the project is ready to move into its next phase.
